Situated in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo Soho, Luis invites a group of “beef lovers” to his loft to learn about the ingredients, techniques, secrets, and traditions that make Argentine asados so special. Veronica, an avid travel planner, and Manuel, a professional chef, openly invites food enthusiasts to their home to learn how to cook the authentic dishes from Argentina and South America.

High Tea at the Alvear Palace Hotel is a unique place to spend the afternoon tasting delicious treats prepared by the chef Patissier, escaping Buenos Aires’ summers heat.
